Eric Flint, 60, of Meadowlands, went to be with the Lord, on May 19, 2026, in UPMC Shadyside Hospital, after a serious illness.
He was born October 29, 1965, in Akron, OH, a son of the late Robert and Sharon Quigley Flint.
Eric attended Waterloo High School, in Atwater, OH. He went on to study at Maryland Bible College and Seminary.
Eric worked at Ace Sporting Goods in Washington. However, his main path was serving the Lord. He served as pastor for Grace Bible Fellowship, which met for worship in his home.
He also served in the U.S. Navy.
Eric was a man of unwavering faith and was devoted to the study of the word of God and prayer. He loved sharing the gospel with everyone. His greatest desire is that God would be glorified in all things. Eric loved playing guitar and served as the worship leader at a number of churches.
On July 6, 1989, in Baltimore, MD, he married the love of his life, June Murphy, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Austin (Chelsa) Flint of Washington; a daughter, Justine Flint of Canonsburg; three brothers, Dave (Mary) Flint of Chardon, OH, Tim (Janet) Flint of Fallston, MD, and Brendan (Patty) Flint of Phillipsburg, NJ; two sisters, Laura (Dave) Deubel of Akron, OH and Amy (Brian) Owens of Livonia, MI; six grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Deceased, in addition to his parents, is a sister, Sue Flint.
